LCPS is partnering with all of the elementary and middle school campuses for a Roadrunner Rally Kindness Drive. The goal of this activity is for students to select a local non-profit and raise funds to support its mission. As mentioned in last weeks newsletter, the non-profit our Zia kiddos selected Four Paws and a Wake Up: Service Dogs for Veterans. Each advisory class will create a donation jar so we can collect "Pennies for Paws" throughout the month of October. The highest earning class will earn a pizza party, 2nd place will earn ice cream, and 3rd place will earn chips. We hope to present the donations to the organization at our school-wide Veteran's Assembly scheduled for the morning of November 9, 2023. For more information, please visit: https://www.k94paws.org/
