​Las Cruces High School cheer is a year-round sport that cheers at the LCHS sports games, as well as competes in many different competitions. They also do community service, such as: Raising money and awareness for the New Mexico Alzheimer’s Association, reading to the children of the LC community, and participating in the annual suicide prevention walk. LCHS cheer is a coed team meaning anyone can try out. They have won a state title in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, and 2017.
