Bulldawg Productions is a class at LCHS where the students make weekly news magazines. You learn what it is like to be a real-world reporter and media producer. They produce news stories, entertainment pieces, podcasts, PSAs’, short films, and sports reporting. In past years they have placed in multiple divisions at a state level, a regional level, and a National Level. In Bulldawg Productions, the main competition you attend is Student Television Network (STN). This competition is held in a new city every year, this past year BP student traveled to Long Beach, CA. Here you compete in one team competition and one solo or small group competition. As well as learning how to produce all kinds of media you also learn teamwork through this course.
